摘要
目的:观察磁性附着体在全口覆盖义齿修复中的临床治疗效果。方法:采用Magfit EX600磁性附着体对17例患者行全口覆盖义齿修复,并对义齿的固位、基牙健康状况等,进行l2至24个月的观察。结果:13例修复效果满意,3例修复效果良好,1例修复效果改善。结论:Magfit磁性附着体可为全口覆盖义齿提供足够的固位力,稳定性好,制作简单,适应证广,是一种有效可行的修复方法。
Objective：To observe the clinical effects of the magnetic attachment in the complete overdenture. Methods： 17 patients were treated with overdentures supported by Magfit EX600. The denture retention, health of abutment had been observed for12 to 24 months after restoration. Results： The effect is satisfactory for 16 cases, and it is good for 4 cases, and it is improving for I case. Conclusion： Over denture with magnetic attachment was a practical, advantageous and efficient prosthetic technique for edentulous patients.
