有机阳离子转运蛋白的药代动力学和药效学 被引量:2

摘要 有机阳离子转运蛋白在药物的胃肠道吸收,肝肾消除以及组织的分布中发挥了重要的作用。为了阐明药物转运蛋白在药代动力学、药效、药物毒性以及基因多态性的个体差异,本文从有机阳离子转运蛋白的分子功能、表达调控、基因多态性以及其对机阳离子药物的药代动力学和药效进行了回顾。
