摘要
随着改革的深入,医院必须转变发展模式,以科学发展观为指导,依靠对现有资源的整合、高效的管理和技术能力的提升来努力解决群众"看病难看病贵"。而教学在医院转变发展模式中处于关键的地位,要以教学为切入点,从"以医疗为中心"向"以医疗为基础、以教学为承接、以科研为动力"发展,通过教学实施人才战略,提升医院的核心竞争力,实现医院的全面、协调、可持续发展。
with the reform in depth, hospitals, guided by the scientific development concept, must transform the forms of development, rely on the integration of the present resources, high efficient management and the higher technological abilities to resolve the problem of being difficult in accessibility and costly in affordability for seeking medical service. Teaching plays a key role in the development of transformation patterns. We should take teaching as the cut-in point, develop by taking "medical treatment as the center", teaching as the connection and the scientific research as the motive ,practice talent strategy by teaching, promote the core competitive ability of hospitals and realize the overall, coordinated and sustainable development.
