手征性杂氮锗三环的合成及表征

SYNTHESIS AND CHARACTERIZATION OFCHIRAL GERMANTRANES

本文报道了首次合成的具有手性的（４Ｓ）－１－羟基－４－羧基杂氮锗三环和（４Ｓ）－３－甲基－１－羟基－４－羧基杂氮锗三环，并运用ＩＲ、１ＨＮＭＲ、ＭＳ等对其进行了表征。证据显示此化合物存在贯穿笼状结构的Ｎ→Ｇｅ配键。

Two chiral germantranes, (4-s-1-hydroxy-4-carboxylgermatrane and (4-s)-3-methyl-1-hydroxy-4-carboxylgermatrane were synthesed by reaction of GeO_2 with L-N, Nbis(βhydroxyethyl) serine and L-N, Nbis(βhydroxyethyl)threonine, respectively, in the presence of pyridine and characterized by means of IR, 1H NMR, FABMS The data indicate that the transannular N→Ge dative bond is present
