摘要
采用29Si、11BMASNMR研究了组成点位于Na2O-B2O3-SiO2三元体系玻璃分相区内的玻璃,探讨组成点不同及处理温度不同产生的分相微结构的差异,以便从微结构角度阐明分相的机制。结果表明:在相同温度下位于反常线上的组成点不混溶程度最大。而当组成点固定、分相温度愈低,[BO3]向[BO4]的转化率愈大。研究结果提供了该体系玻璃分相微结构的重要信息。
29Si、23Na、11B MAS NMR were employed to study the microstructure of phase separation in Na2OB2O3SiO2 glasses. The component points of the glasses were located in the immiscible region of Na2OB2O3SiO2 equilibrium diagram. The temperatures of thermal treatment and the components of the glasses were different, and the differences in their microstructure were studied. The results show that the glasses whose component point is on the abnormal line have the most degree of immiscibility. When the component point is fixed, the lower the temperature of thermal treatment is, the higher the transformation rate of boron from to is. The results have provided the important information about the microstructure of phase separation in the glasses.
