心率震荡（HRT）是一种新的评价心脏自主调节功能的检测措施，近年研究发现其对评判心血管疾病的危险有较高的预测价值，它通过室性早搏后的心室压力变化反映自主神经功能的变化，是与恶性心脏事件关系密切的心电现象。

Heart rate turbulence （HRT） is a new electrophysiological method to appraise the cardial automatic regulative function . It was discovered that HRT had higher value in forecasting and evaluating the danger of heart disease. It will reflect the change of the automatic nervous function through the change of the ventricular pressure after ventricular premature complexes. There is compact relation between the incident of heart disease and HRT.
