彩色多普勒超声包括彩色多普勒血流成像技术（CDFI）和彩色多普勒能量图技术（CDE），两者的联合应用，能够准确和全面地提供肾脏疾病及肾脏血流灌注的信息，本文对彩色多普勒超声在肾脏疾病的临床应用进展综述如下。

Color Doppler techniques include Color Doppler Image Formation （CDFI） and Color Doppler Energy Image（CDE）. The combining application of the two techniques can provide the accurate information for the kidney diseases and the blood pcrfusion situation in kidneys. In this article, the progresses on color Doppler ultrasound in the examination of the kidney diseases are shown.
