摘要 Maspin是一种肿瘤抑制基因，其在肿瘤侵袭转移、血管生成及与其它抑癌基因的联合作用过程中发挥着重要的作用。本文就目前Maspin在胃癌发生、发展中的研究进展综述如下。 Maspin is a tumor suppressor gene, and it plays on important role in tumor invasion and metastasis, angiogenesis and the combined action with other tumor suppressor gene ,this paper describes the reseach development on Maspin in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.
