Harmonious Teacher-student Relationship in Colleges and Universities

随着社会的发展和高等教育改革的深入,如何构建和谐、民主和平等的新型师生关系,培养具有创新意识和实践能力的高素质人才,是高校面临的重要问题。本文通过对新形势下高等教育中师生关系存在问题的分析,提出了建立以和谐为核心的新型师生关系的对策。

With the development of society and the deepening of higher education reform, how to construct a harmonious, democratic and equal relationship between teachers and students, cultivate high-quality talents with innovative consciousness and practical ability is an important problem that colleges and universities face with. Through analyzing the existing problems of teacher-student relationship in colleges and universities under new situation, this paper put forward that we should construct new teacher-student relationship with the key idea of harmony.
