摘要
本文介绍了HNC-21MD数控装置应用于X5032立式铣床控制系统的设计。在X5032上加入HNC-21MD数控装置,使机床CNC化。确定X轴、Y轴、Z轴所用伺服电机及伺服驱动;对输入输出开关量进行定义,加入手持单元,使操作更加方便。
The design tem of X5032 vertical of applying the HNC -21MD numerical control device to the control sysmachine was introduced in this paper. On the one hand, servo electrical machines and servo drivers of X axis, Y axis and Z axis can be determined; On the other hand, the input - output switch signal can be defined and the hand - hold unit be joined with the aim of making the manipulation more convenient.
