摘要
在0. lmol/L NaOH溶液中,盐酸尼卡地平在单扫示波极谱上有一灵敏的导数极谐波.峰电位Ep=-0.77 V(vs.SCE).峰电流ip与盐酸尼卡地平的浓度在5.×10-8~4.0×10-6mol/L几范围内呈线性关系.并用于盐酸尼卡地平片剂的测定,得到满意的结果。用线性扫描和循环伏安法探讨体系的伏安行为,结果表明,该体系具有吸附性的不可逆过程。
In a supporting electrolyte of sodium hydroxide, a sensitive derivative reduction wave of nicardipine hydrochloride was obtained by single-sweep oscillopolarography. The peak potential is -0. 77 V (vs. SCE). The relationship between peak current and the concentration of nicardipine hydrochloride is linear from 5 × 10-8 to 4 × 10-6 mol/L. The mehtod was applied to the determination of nicardipine hydrochloride in tablet with satisfactory results. The electrochemical behavior of nicardipine hydrochloride at mercury electrode was also studied.
