盐酸尼卡地平的单扫示波极谱法研究

Single -Sweep Oscillopolarography of Nicarodipine Hydrochloride

在０． ｌｍｏｌ／Ｌ ＮａＯＨ溶液中，盐酸尼卡地平在单扫示波极谱上有一灵敏的导数极谐波．峰电位Ｅｐ＝－０．７７ Ｖ（ｖｓ．ＳＣＥ）．峰电流ｉｐ与盐酸尼卡地平的浓度在５．×１０－８～４．０×１０－６ｍｏｌ/Ｌ几范围内呈线性关系．并用于盐酸尼卡地平片剂的测定，得到满意的结果。用线性扫描和循环伏安法探讨体系的伏安行为，结果表明，该体系具有吸附性的不可逆过程。

In a supporting electrolyte of sodium hydroxide, a sensitive derivative reduction wave of nicardipine hydrochloride was obtained by single-sweep oscillopolarography. The peak potential is -0. 77 V (vs. SCE). The relationship between peak current and the concentration of nicardipine hydrochloride is linear from 5 × 10-8 to 4 × 10-6 mol/L. The mehtod was applied to the determination of nicardipine hydrochloride in tablet with satisfactory results. The electrochemical behavior of nicardipine hydrochloride at mercury electrode was also studied.
