工业化中期农村服务业发展问题研究

Research about Problems of Rural Service Industry Development in Mid Industrialization

工业化的过程是非农产业比重不断提高的过程,也是服务业产出比重逐步上升的过程。目前,我国经济发展总体处于工业化中期,同时也处于服务业加速发展的重要阶段。农村服务业作为服务业的重要组成部分,其繁荣和发展具有特别重要的意义。改革开放以来,我国农村服务业发展已经取得明显成效,但也还存在诸多问题。在工业化中期,围绕新农村建设,采取切实可行的措施发展农村服务业已成为当务之急。

The process of industrialization is one that the proportion of both non-agricultural industries and service industry continue to improve gradually. Today, on balance, our national economy is in mid-industrialization while service industry keeps in the stage of accelerated development. As a part of service industry, the prosperity and development of rural service industry is especially important. Since the reform and opening-up, rural service industry has achieved many notable results ; on the other side, there still exist lots of problems. In mid-industrialization, taking highly feasible measures centered on new rural construction to develop rural service industry has become an urgent problem.
