马克思主义哲学对思想教育工作过程的各个方面、环节都有重要的指导意义。高校思想教育工作者只有遵循辩证唯物主义一元论,坚持一切从实际出发原则;遵循唯物辩证法内外因辩证关系原理,坚持平等、尊重原则;遵循一分为二观点,坚持以表扬为主原则;遵循矛盾特殊性原理,坚持因材施教原则;遵循事物互相联系原理,坚持解决思想问题和解决实际问题相结合原则;遵循事物发展客观规律,坚持因势利导原则;遵循矛盾主次方面辩证关系原理,坚持以身作则原则;遵循马克思主义认识论,坚持循序渐进原则来分析和解决遇到的各种问题,才能保证思想教育工作取得理想的效果。

Marxist philosophy is of important guiding significance to ideological education of college students in all aspects of the working process. In order to ensure the satisfactory effect, college ideological teaching staff should follow the dialectical materialism monism, adhere to the principle of proceeding from reality;follow the dialectical materialism and dialectical relationship, abide by the principle for equality and respect;follow the split views, adhere to the principle of praise;follow the principle of contradiction particularity and teaching students according to their aptitude ; follow the principle of interconnections and combining solving ideological problems and practical problems; follow the objective law of development, stick to principle of giving judicious guidance according to circumstances; adhere to dialectical treatment of primary and secondary contradiction and set an example by one＇s own action;follow the Marxism epistemology and proper sequence to analyze and tackle various problems.
