摘要
亚硫酸钠与酸性的吐温80,罗丹明6G混合溶液相遇产生强烈的光信号,其化学发光强度与亚硫酸钠的浓度在0.05-10μg mL-1(r=0.998)范围内呈良好的线性关系,方法的检出限为0.03μg mL-1。并成功应用于针剂注射液中Na2SO3含量的测定。
The CL emission was generated by mixing sodium sulphite, Tween80 and rhodamine 6G in acidic medium, The sodium sulphite content could be determined on the CL intensity. The quantitation range is from 0.05 to 10 (g ml^- 1 with a detection limit of 0.03 (g ml^-1 for sodium sulphite. The method was applied to quantitation of sodium sulphite in injections.
