中医药人力资源是振兴中医药事业的中坚力量。在中医院的人力资源管理中,要合理配置人力资源,发挥中医药特色优势;建立科学的人力资源管理体系;构建科学的培训机制;大力引进人才;搞好岗位聘任工作,加强聘后管理;强化激励机制,充分调动积极性。
TCM human resources are the backbone of revitalizing the cause of traditional Chinese medicine. In managing the human resources of TCM hospitals, we should deploy the resources rationally and bring the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine into play, establish a scientific system of human resources management, construct a scientific training system, introduce talents vigorously, make a good job of post appointment and strengthen the post - hiring management, strengthen the ineentive mechanism and fully mobilize the enthusiasm.
