摘要
使用断续流动氢化物发生装置对硼氢化钠与锌在水溶液中反应生成挥发性物种的条件进行了研究。实验发现,镍离子和钴离子能极大地提高挥发性物种的发生效率。在适量的1,10-邻二氮菲存在下,最佳酸度和工作曲线的线性范围都得到扩展。锌冷蒸汽发生法可以与无色散原子荧光光谱法联用对痕量锌进行测定,检出限为 2 ug/L,对0.4 mg/L锌进行 11次测定,精密度为2.4%(RSD)。文中对共存元素的影响进行了研究.方法已应用于水中锌的测定,结果准确可靠。
The vapor generation of zinc species by reaction in aqueous solution with sodium tetrahydroborate was performed using an intermittent flow reactor. It was found that nickel and cobalt ions greatly enhanced the generation efficiency of the volatile species. In the presence of moderate amounts of l, 10-phenanthroline, the optimum range of the reaction acidity and the working range of the calibration curve can be extended. The vapor generation system was interfaced with a non-dispersive atomic fluorescence spectrometer. A detection limit of 2 ug/L was obtained and the RSD of the measurement for 0. 4 mg/L of zinc was 2. 4% (n = 11 ). The effects of some common elements on the determination of zinc were investigated. The method was applied to the determination of zinc in tape water with satisfactory results.
