Electrocatalytic Behavior of Some Biomolecules at C_(60)-γ-cyclodextrin /Nafion Chemically Modified Electrodes

摘要 研究了C60-γ-环糊精(C60-γ-CD)(1:1)/Nafion和C60-γ-CD(1: 2)/Nafion化学修饰电极在水溶液中的电化学行为,发现它们都有一对一电子转移的可逆表面波,而且它们对某些生物分子有电催化作用。 Electrochemical behavior of C60-γ-T-cyclodextrin (1 : 1)/Nafion and C60-γ- cyclodextrin (1: 2)/ Nafion Chemically Modified Electrodes has been studied in an aqueous solution. A couple of reversible surface-confined one-electron-transfer electroreduction waves were detected by cyclic voltammetry. When scanning between -0. 20 and -0. 80 V, experiments indicate that the chemically modifide electrodes have good stability and reproducibility. It is found that the chemically modified electrodes have electrocatalytic activity to some biomolecules such as hemoglobin.cytochrome c.hemin and deoxyribonucleic acid in the medium of 0. 10 mol/L KCI.
