摘要
研究了铸件、锻件及热处理件抛喷丸清理用低碳铸钢丸的化学成分、密度、硬度及金相组织,并用欧文寿命试验机采用100%替代法测定了ERVIN循环寿命。结果表明:低碳铸钢丸的金相组织为无碳贝氏体+低碳马氏体混合组织,含碳量为0.14%,表观密度为7.5g/cm3,硬度46.3HRC,ERVIN寿命为2971次;表明低碳铸钢丸综合力学性能较好,具有较高的寿命,特别适合于铸件、锻件及热处理件的表面抛喷丸清理。
The chemical content, density, hardness and the microstructure of the low carbon cast steel shot for blast cleaning of cast,forging and heat-treated workpiece have been studied and the ERVIN life has been measured using a ERVlN test machine by the method of 100% replacement.The result showed that: the microstructure of the low carbon cast steel shot was carbon-free bainite and low carbon martensite; carbon content 0.14 wt% ; apparent density 7.5 g/cm^3; hardness 46.3HRC and the ERVIN life 2971 cycles so that the low carbon cast steel shot has good toughness, better mechanical behaviour as well as a longer ERVlN life,very suitable for blast cleaning of the cast,forging and heat-treated workpiece.
