摘要
针对某厂一小型发动机缸体,利用大孔进水理论对其浇注系统进行设计,通过数值模拟软件模拟其充型过程及凝固过程。模拟结果表明:铸件的充型过程基本平稳、快速;凝固过程中铸件温度场分布符合顺序凝固的要求,固相分数也证实了铸件凝固过程是合理的。
Large orifice discharge theory has been used to design the running systerm of a small type cylinder block.The process of mold filling and the process of solidification have been simulated through numerical simulation with results that the whole process of mold filling was stable and fast.The temperature field of solidification accorded with sequence solidification principles.The solid fraction also proved that the solidification process of casting was reasonable.
