百普素在结、直肠癌围手术期术前肠道准备的应用观察

The Clinical Observation of Intestines Preparation for Colorectal Carcinoma before Operation of Perioperative by Peptisorb

目的:通过应用百普素于结、直肠癌患者术前肠道准备的临床观察,探讨其辅助手术前肠道准备代替传统肠道准备的可行性和效果,为下消化道术前肠道准备提供更加合理的方法。方法:结、直肠癌择期手术患者50例,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组25例。实验组手术前3d开始口服百普素进行术前肠道准备,对照组术前采用传统的流质饮食、禁食补液、反复导泻方法进行肠道准备工作。比较两组手术前晚清洁洗肠的次数、肠道清洁度、肠道准备期间患者耐受情况、肠道准备前后的相关营养指标及术后并发症的发生率。结果:两组患者肠道清洁度无显著性差异,实验组手术前晚清洁洗肠(5.67±0.97)次,明显少于对照组(7.62±1.34)次(P<0.01);患者耐受情况实验组优于对照组,相关营养指标均高于对照组。结论:结、直肠癌患者术前使用肠内短肽型营养制剂辅助手术前肠道准备优于传统方法,能够有效地改善患者的营养状况,是一种安全、有效、营养、科学的术前肠道准备途径。

Objective： Through the observation of using peptisorb in intestines preparation of colorectal carcinoma patients before operations, to find out the rationality and effect of the new way taking the place of the traditional intestines preparation, and offer the new methods that more rational. Methods： Chose 50 colorectal carcinoma ＇patients for the research and divided them into treatment group and control group at random, 25 per groups. Patients of the treatment group were told to take peptisorb orally in intestines preparation three days before their operations while the control group using the traditional ways such as liquid diet, fasting treatment and repeattedly catharsis. Compared the two groups in the following aspect： intestinal lavage times, sanitary level, patients＇tolerance during the intestines preparation, relational nutrient index and probability of complications after operation. Results.There is no obvious difference in intestinal sanitary level between the two groups, but the number of intestinal lavage times in the treatment group（5.67 ±0. 97）obviously less than that in the control group（7. 62±1.34）（P〈0.01）. Besides patients＇ tolerance and relational nutrient index in the treatment group is better than those in the control group. Conclusion：Using short-peptide nutritive medicament as the auxiliaries in intestines preparation before operation is better than the traditional ways. It is a safe, effective,nutritional and scientific intestines preparation that can improve the nutrition condition of the patients.
