摘要
提出了用β-二酮类试剂1-苯基-3-甲基-4苯甲酰基-吡唑酮[5](PMBP)为萃取剂和 化学改进剂的电热蒸发电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ETV—ICP—AES)测定高纯ZrO2 中痕量Eu的新方法。讨论了影响Eu-PMBP 螯合物蒸发的主要因素。在优化实验条件下,Eu 的检出限为0.9μg/L,相对标准偏差为3.4%,试样分析的回收率为94.5%~105.2%.
Based on the formation of volatile metal chelate between metal ion and β-diketone reagent , a new method is reported for the determination of trace europium in high purity zirconium dioxide by electrothermal vaporization-inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ETV-ICP-AES) with l-phenyl-3-methyl-4-benzoyl (5) (PMBP) as extractant for removal of Zr matrix and chemical modifier for the determination of Eu. The vaporization behavior, effect factors and analytical characteristics of above determined element were investigated in detail. Under optimized experimental conditions, the detection limit, relative standard deviation, and recovery are 0. 9 μg/L, 3. 4% (C=0. 5 mg/L, V = 10 μL, n = 7) and 94. 5%-105. 2%, respectively. The linear range of the proposed method covers three orders of magnitude. The method has been applied for analysis of real sample, and the results are satisfactory.
