The article gave overview and information related to the source, detection, remove and prevention of the common microorganism contamination in the primary culture. The aim was to provide relevant information to reduce the occurrence of contamination as much as possible and timely discovery to treat contaminative cells in the process of primary culture, and reduced the losseed by contamination to a minimum extent so that it would be beneficial to the passage of cell lines.
