摘要
研究外资企业员工有效激励模式,使用灰色关联度分析方法,分别对盈利、盈亏平衡和亏损三类外资企业分析薪酬、录用和晋升、培训和发展以及员工参与和影响力四方面因素与总体激励水平的关联度。并以盈利企业的激励模式为标杆,提出改善盈亏平衡和亏损企业激励状况的措施,并为国内企业提供有益的借鉴。
This paper focuses on effective incentive model, using the method of gray correlation analysis to research the relation between the overall incentive level and employees" four factors (salary and recruitment, promotion and training, employees" development, and participating and influence ) of three types of foreign - funded enterprises with regard to profit, break- even and loss. The paper regards the profit enterprise incentive model as the benchmark to improve the incentive situation of break - even and loss enterprises incentive situation so as to provide reference for the domestic enterprises in China.
