摘要 介绍停流技术的原理,概述在线停流和圆二色谱、荧光光谱等仪器联用的现状,并讨论其在蛋白质与其它分子相互作用动力学过程及机理领域的应用。 We introduce the theory of the stopped - flow technology and the situation of the stopped - flow in combination with circular dichroism, fluorescence and other spcctrophotometry apparatus. The application of this technique in kinetic of the interaction of myoglobin with other molecules and mechanism are discussed.
