老年难治性肺炎成因及临床治疗

The Causes of Senile Refractory Pneumonia and The Comprehension of Clinical Treatment

对69例老年难治性肺炎的临床资料进行分析,探讨老年难治性肺炎的原因及临床治疗。结果表明,老年难治性肺炎患者致病菌种类复杂、耐药菌株多、病情难控制、死亡率高因此,对于老年难治性肺炎的治疗要积极确立病原学诊断,采用综合治疗措施,合理用药。

Retrospectively analyze on clinical data of the 69 cases of senile refractory pneumonia. There are a variety of pathogenic bacterium and drug resistant strains on the patients of refractory pneumonia. The condition is difficult to control and those patients are of high mortality. To treat the senile refractory pneumonia, we should actively establish the etiologic diagnosis, apply the combined therapeutic measurements and rationally use drugs.
