摘要
增强自主创新能力,建设创新型国家是我国的国家战略。创新型企业是以企业持续的自主创新能力为基础的,创新型企业的发展壮大,对于实现建设创新型国家的战略至关重要,同时对于调整产业结构,转变经济增长方式具有重要意义。运用企业生命周期的一般原理,对创新型企业的成长阶段进行分析,并针对其发展中的问题提出合理的政策建议。
Enhancing the capability of independent innovation and building an innovative country is China＇s national strategy. Innovative enterprises are based on the continuing capability of independent innovation, the development and expansion of innovative enterprises is important not only for the realization of building an innovation-oriented country, but also for the adjustment of industrial structure and changing the mode of economic growth. In this paper, general principles of life cycle theory were used to analyze the growth stages of innovative enterprise, and also some reasonable policy recommendations for the issues were brought out.
