社会资本网络是在信任、协调和规则等正式和非正式制度影响下,形成的链接体系。它是企业技术创新过程中重要的机制保障,因为,社会资本网络与企业技术创新协同共生,并影响着企业技术创新的方式和成效。我国企业技术创新中存在社会资本网络缺陷,技术创新出现产学研分离、技术创新懈怠等不良现象,对此,应建设社会资本网络下的企业技术创新基本模式,如在社会资本网络下构建企业技术创新的共享范式、系统范式和空间范式等。

Social capital network is a link system formed under influences of formal or informal systems such as trust, coordination, rules and etc. It is an important mechanism protection for the process of technological innovation, because the social capital network not only coexists in coordination with technological innovation of the enterprise, but also has influence on the method and effectiveness of the technological innovation of enterprises. The enterprise technological innovation in China is deficient in social capital network, and such undesirable phenomena appear such as production-research-isolation and lacks in technological innovation, thus technological innovation basic mode shall be established under the social capital network, for example, to build under social capital network a shared mode, a systematic mode and space mode and etc.
