对早期建立的多组份主体分离的平衡模型进行了改进和完善,并应用于变换气提氢变压吸附工业装置的模拟,模拟结果符合于工业装置的运行性能,这表明理论研究在与工业应用的结合上取得了重大进展。
The previously established equilibrium model is improved and perfected for bulk separation of multiple components, and then used to simulate the purification of hydrogen from reforming gas in a commercial PSA plant. The simulation result is well fitted to the operation performance of the plant, showing an important progress in combination of theoretical research with industrial application.
