摘要
本文选用M=4 000和M=6 000的两类聚乙二醇,共聚的配比是3~20%(Wt),先经熔融缩聚制得一定聚合度的共聚醚酯,对其性能进行了研究,然后用这种共聚醚酯进行固相缩聚,研究了固相缩聚的动力学,对经固相缩聚的样品的性能也进行了研究,最后用这种经过固相缩聚的较高分子量的共聚醚酯进行纺丝试验,得到了强力达4.5g/d,伸长为32.7%,具有一定抗静电性能并有实用价值的涤纶长丝。
Copolyether ester with certain polymerization degree is firstly prepared through melt polycondensation by two kinds of polyethylene glycol with different average molecular weight (i.e.M=4000 and M=6000); the ratio of component is 3~20% (Wt). The obtained copolyether ester is then undergoing solid phase polycondensation after its properties are investigated. The kinetics of Solid phase polycondensation, as well as the properties of the resultant copolyether ester, is studied. Finally, this kind of copolyether ester, prepared by solid phase polycondensation and with relatively high molecular weight, is subjected to spinning test. The strength of the resultant polyester filament is 4.5g/d, its elongation is 32.7%; the products exhibit some extent of anti-static property and is valuable in practical use.
