抗震救灾部队蚤害调查与灭蚤效果研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的调查蚤对抗震部队官兵的危害程度,评价灭蚤措施的有效性。方法在抗震救灾任务部队中,调查蚤对官兵的刺叮程度并采取综合性灭蚤措施,观察灭蚤效果。结果调查抗震救灾15个建制单位,染蚤率为73.3%,染蚤部队官兵蚤刺叮率为5.3%-40.0%,严重者红斑丘疹在体表一个部位可达30个;单纯实施烟雾弹、热烟雾剂和拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂滞留喷洒等灭蚤能有效降低蚤害但不彻底;采取宣传教育结合化学防治的综合措施彻底消除蚤对官兵的危害。结论跳蚤是抗震前期危害救灾官兵健康最重要的医学昆虫,采取综合灭蚤措施能有效控制蚤害。 Objective To investigate the extent of flea harm to servicemen in rescue in earthquake-proof and evaluate validity of anti-flea measure. Methods Investigating extent of flea biting servicemen and observing effect of antl-flea to army in earthquake-proof through adopting synthesize measures. Results The rate of army infecting flea was 73.3% in 15 organizational units and the rate of flea biting servicemen was 5.3% -40. 0% in infecting flea u- nits. The number of erythema papilla can be reached 30 on one part of body surface in severe biting servicemen. The measure of touching off aerosol missiles, spewing heat aerosol or residual spraying pyrethroid insecticides which were carried out independently could effectively abate flea but did by halves. Harm of flea to servicemen could be comb-out by propaganda and educating reuniting with synthesize chemical control anti-flea measures. Conclusion Flea which does harm to servicemen health is the most important of all medical insects in prior period of earthquake-proof and it can be effectively controlled by synthesizely anti-flea measures.
