This paper summarized a series of teaching reform on zoology experiment in recent years. Students＇ interest and enthusiasm in the study, teaching effects and students＇ comprehensive abilities, were promoted by reforming the contents of experiment, improving teaching methods and teaching means, implementing exoteric experiment teaching, opening the laboratory and reforming the experiment examination etc.
