摘要
目的探讨限食对高脂饮食大鼠体重、血脂及血糖的影响。方法将SD大鼠随机分为3组,即正常对照组、高脂饮食组和限食组。正常对照组给予基础饲料,高脂饮食组给予高脂饲料,限食组给予高脂饮食组60%的饲料。每周称1次体重,连续喂养7周后测定血脂、血糖水平的变化。结果大鼠给予高脂饮食后体重增加,血脂、血糖升高;限食后体重明显减轻,血脂降低。结论限食抑制高脂饮食大鼠的体重增加与其改善体内脂肪代谢有关。
Objective To study the effects of restricting food on body mass and lipid metabolism of rats, and provide theoretic evidence for dietary therapy of obesity. Methods Healthy SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups, normal control group given normal chow diet, high-fat diet group given high-fat diet and restricting food group given 60% diet of the high-fat diet group. The body mass was weighed every week in the above 3 groups. The serum lipids and glucose levels were detected after 7 weeks of feeding. Results When compared with normal control group, rats in high-fat diet group displayed increased body mass, enhanced levels of serum lipid and glucose. When compared with high-fat diet group, rats in restricting food group displayed decreased body mass and level of serum lipid. Conclusion Restricting food can reduce body mass, partly decrease serum lipid level, and improve lipid metabolism.
