Improvement on mining method of steeply inclined coal seam in Tuzhu mine

湖南省煤业集团金竹山矿业公司土朱井田位于涟邵煤田金竹山矿区西南部,根据该矿井的地质特点,采用斜切分层采煤法实施急倾斜煤层开采,避开了巷道式采煤法的缺点和不安全因素,水平分层开采使用电器运输设备和生产效率低的不足,达到了减轻劳动强度、提高安全系数和降低安全管理难度,达到了高产高效的目的。该采煤方法对于其他区域同类地质条件的煤层开采,也有一定的借鉴意义。

The Tuzhu mine is located in the southwest of Jinzhushan mining field in Lianshao coalfield. Based on its geologic properties, the mining method of oblique slicing was applied to mine the steeply inclined coal seam. It avoided the disadvantages and ansafe factors of lanenay mining method, and the shortage of applying electrical transportation equipment and low afficiency by horizontal slicing mining method. The objectives of reducity working intensity, enhanciy safety coefficient and decreasity the difficulty of safety managemet were achived. This mining method has a certain reference for sean mining in other fields with the similar geologic properties.
