摘要
公立医院只有拥有高素质的人才队伍,才能在激烈的医疗市场竞争中站稳脚跟。如何改变传统的人事管理模式,采用现代人力资源管理机制,以战略、发展的眼光和科学的方法,加强人才队伍的培养和使用,是医院管理的重大课题。
Among the public hospitals,only those,with a team of high-quality persons, can gain a firm foothold in the fierce competition in the medical market. This research will concentrate on probing into how to use the modem model of personnel management instead of the traditional one, and how to train the talents with the scientific methods and so on.
