摘要
技术创新驱动力的研究,是技术创新理论研究的核心内容。在技术创新的驱动力中,包含着企业家的创新精神驱动力、企业内在的驱动力、企业外在的驱动力三重驱动力,各重驱动力对技术创新起着不同的交互作用,企业家的创新精神驱动力处于核心地位,企业内在的驱动力是企业技术创新的根本驱动力,企业外在的驱动力是企业技术创新的基础驱动力,在此基础上,本文提出了基于三重驱动力的企业技术创新驱动力"三环模式"。
The study on technological innovation drives is the main part in the field of technological innovation theories. The drives involve the entrepreneur＇s spiritual drive, the internal drive of the enterprise and the external drive of the enterprises, which respectively acts differently and interactively. Among these three drives, the entrepreneur＇s innovative spir- it is the key, the second one is the main driving force, and the third one plays a basic role. On this basis, the author poses a ＂three-layer-pattern＂ of technological innovative drives within enterprises.
