摘要 飞机结构强度虚拟试验是飞机数字化设计/制造/验证流程中的重要一环,针对民用飞机结构的取证方法,文章简述了飞机结构强度虚拟试验的有关问题,包括结构虚拟试验方法与策略、结构虚拟试验与常规结构分析、结构试验的关系,以及近期结构虚拟试验技术的发展战略;通过虚拟试验技术,可以强化结构取证的分析验证,减少研发阶段物理试验数量,同时,在飞机研制阶段,加速结构选型和验证速度,辅助结构强度验证试验,减少试验风险,缩短试验周期,降低飞机研制成本。 Aircraft strength virtual testing process is a very important step during aircraft digital design/manufacture/test cycles. Some virtual testing techniques for airworthiness certification of civil aircrafts are presented The methods and strategies, the relationship between virtual and conventional physical tests, and the development tactic in the near fi^ture are mainly introduced. Virtual Testing could help us to 'enhance the eertiftcation of analysis method (COA), to reduce the numbers of physical testing cases, to speed up the process of structure-type choosing and validation, to reducd the risks and shorten the period of physical testing, and to cut-down the aircraft developing costs.
