交流伺服系统在钻杆内轮廓参数测量的应用

摘要 为了配合图像卡获得被测钻杆内轮廓实际参数,专门设计了一套功能复杂而操作简单的运动系统,在这套系统中可编程控制器PLC作为控制核心,伺服电机为驱动机构,PLC一方面通过对伺机电机系统进行位置反馈控制和图像采集,另一方面通过其串口模块与上位机PC进行数据交换,为最终钻杆参数的计算提供依据;实际结果表明,这种控制系统具有运行安全可靠、操作简单简便、控制功能强等优点,能够满足产品所需要的工艺要求。 Cooperated with the picture card, a new measurement system is introduced to gain the parameters of drill pipe. This system, based on the programmable controller and AC servo-motor, is simple in operation but complex in function. On one side, PLC mainly controls AC servo motors to run at positions mode by feedback of actual positions and triggers the picture card at targeted positions, on the other side, communicates data with PC by serial port. it offers the data and position for measurement. The measurement result indicates: This system has high reliability, good control function and convenient application and so on, can meet the technical demand which the product needs.
