摘要 结合舵机动刚度测试试验台的研制,设计开发舵机动刚度测控系统软件;舵机动刚度测控系统采用分布式控制、上下位机结构,通过合理设计测控系统的软件,使得系统采集频率足够高,能够满足系统测试精度;重点介绍舵机动刚度测控系统上下位机的软件设计,并对软件的主要技术特点进行分析;调试结果表明,测试系统软件的功能合理,满足系统测试精度和技术指标要求。 Combined with a research of the tester applied to test the impedance of Hydraulic Booster Location System, a software development of measuring and controlling system for the impedance of hydraulic booster location system is introduced. The up and down computer structure is used in this distributed control system. By designing the Software of the system rationally, the high Acquisition frequency of the test control system is contented with the control accuracy of the system. There is a focus on the software design of the up and down computer, and the main technical characteristic of the software development is analyzed in the paper. The program debugging result show that, the software capability of the test system is rational, and is satisfied the testing accuracy and qualification of the system.
