摘要
针对青海电网网络结构,对电网分片运行特点,110kV电网网络结构方式,中小型电厂接入系统结构方式,超长距离输电系统的无功补偿、过电压、稳定极限等技术,电网无功补偿配置原则,电网稳定运行问题;特别是防止电压崩溃措施,电网短路电流配合等内容进行了分析、综述。在此基础上提出了一种加强西宁、海东受端系统的330kV目标网架方案;并结合海北地区负荷发展,提出适时建设330kV变电所,以满足供电需要和南北两片110kV电网实现安全、可靠联网。
Based on analysis of the electrical power network structure in Qinghai area,discussing the features of piece-dividing operation mode,110kV network structure and operation mode,reactive power compensation over long transmission distance,overvoltage and steady limit,precaution against voltage collapse and some relational technical problems,a new scheme of strengthening 330kV target framework at receive end in Haidong and Xining is proposed in this paper,suggesting construction of a 330kV substation at time in Haibei to meet the power demand in this area and to realize safe and reliable internetwork between the south and north network.
