摘要 人副流感病毒（HPIV）1-3型在婴幼儿中主要引起下呼吸道感染，是引起气管炎和肺炎的重要病原体。实时荧光PCR检测是公认的核酸分子定性和定量检测的标准方法，本研究建立了实时荧光PCR检测HPIV 1～3型的方法，并对2007年广州地区的4238例急性呼吸道感染患儿的临床标本进行检测。
