新生儿黄疸患儿体内氧化应激状态变化的观察

摘要 目的:观察黄疸新生儿体内氧化应激指标的动态变化。方法:对黄疸新生儿31例治疗前、后及健康新生儿20例取血清进行丙二醛(MAD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、巯基(SH)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)水平的测定。结果:MDA的含量,黄疸组明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01);SOD、SH、CAT的含量明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01)。经治疗后上述指标明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:新生儿黄疸体内处于明显的氧化应激,氧化应激可能参与了黄疸对机体的损害;适当补充外源性抗氧化剂,可能有助于防止黄疸对机体造成的损伤。
