摘要 职业发展能力的培养是酒店管理专业高职教育关注的焦点。现行的人才培养模式存在着理论教学与实践经验脱节、个体成长环境单极化等弊病。"兼职导向型"人才培养模式所设定的人的成长流程是在实践中对理论的认识得到升华,对社会、行业的理解得到深化,各种能力得到提高,使学生成长为一个成熟的社会人。这对于学生职业发展能力和综合人文素养的培育具有十分积极的意义。 The training of vocational developing ability is the focus of hotel management at higher vocational education. But there exist some disadvantages in current talent training mode, such as disjunction between theoretical teaching and practical experience, single-po- larization of individual growing environment, etc. However, the growing procedure according to part-time guiding talent training mode can increase recognition on theory in practice, deepen understanding to society and every walk of life, enhance comprehensive ability, and de- velop a student into a mature social man, which is beneficial for students to cultivate vocational developing ability and comprehensive hu- manistic quality.
