摘要
为了考虑构架弹性对车辆系统动力学性能的影响,在动力学建模时需将构架刚体替换为柔体。而采用构架全自由度结构有限元模型,由于自由度数目太大,导致动力学分析难以进行。因此,采用子结构法首先对构架有限元模型自由度进行Guyan缩减,提取主自由度模态分析结果用来生成柔性体替换动力学模型中的刚性构架。算例表明,基于子结构法的刚柔混合车辆系统动力学建模方法是可行的。
In order to research on the influence of the flexible bogie frame to the vehicle system dynamic performance, the rigid bogie frame was replaced by the flexible bogie frame in the multibody system dynamic model. Due to the high number of degrees Of Freedom (DOFs) in the applying the whole DOFs of the FE model of the bogie frame, the dynamic analysis would be difficult to carry out. In order to solve the problem, the DOFs of the FE model of the bogie frame were reduced by the Guyan reduction based on substructure method, and then the result of the modal analysis of the master DOFs would be extracted for generating the flexible bogie frame which was used to replace the rigid bogie frame in the dynamic model. The dynaraic computation and simulation results illustrate that it was feasible to build the model in vehicle system dynamic by the rigid- flexible mixture method based on substructure method.
