摘要
通过试验证明了在超声波探伤仪的重复频率较高时,对于透声性好的工件,更容易出现"幻影波"。同时,证明了超声波探伤中"幻影波"不同于缺陷波的一些典型特征,这些特征可作为判定异常反射波为"幻影波"的依据。
It＇s proved by experiments that ghost echoes appear easily for the workpiece with better sound transmission when the pulse repetition frequency of ultrasonic test instrument is higher.Moreover, it＇s proved that ghost echoes possess some typical characteristics different from flaw echoes.These characteristics can be treated as the evidence that any abnormal echo is a ghost echo.
