都市更新视野下公共艺术与公共工程的融合

The Amalgamation of Pubic Art and Public Project under the Perspective of Urban Renewal

研究了现代城市公共艺术形式和功能的发展变迁,指出对公共艺术的需求不再只是公共工程美化上的装饰品,而是应依据不同的场所地域特色、工程类型限制和民众需求,通过其与社会环境发展的转变与互动,更加积极主动地融入社区环境与日常生活中,体现出以强调"沟通"和"社会问题"为主的公共工程艺术化趋势。

This paper studies the development and change of the public art＇s form and function in modem cities, and points out that the requirement of public art is no longer an adornment of public constructions but follows the different regional characteristics, project type restrictions and public requirements. By means of their change and interaction with the social circumstance development, the public art should blend positively in the community environment and daily life so as to embody the art-oriented construction tendency which stresses the ＂communication＂ and ＂social problems＂.
