摘要
主要介绍了基于LabVIEW电感传感器的静态测量。其中心环节即在Windows系统环境下,利用LabVIEW软件编程构成虚拟仪器,实现了对电感传感器输出电压的实时测量、显示、记录,同时对传感器的静态特性(灵敏度、线性度、迟滞、重复性)进行分析,并对其输出电压数据进行数据拟合,确定其最佳拟合曲线。
This paper mainly introduces the static measurement of inductive sensors based on LabVIEW. The key part is to have established the real-time measurement, display and recording of the voltage output data from the inductive sensor through the virtual instrument constructed by the LabVIEW programming under Windows system environment. At the same time, the paper analyzes the sensor static characteristics including sensitivity, linearity, hysteresis and duplication, fits the data of output voltage, and finally decides the best fitted curve.
