Study on Management Model of Combined Equipment Maintenance in Multi-specialty Power Center

根据动力中心设备专业复杂、种类繁多、运行规范严格、分布区域广、影响范围大的特点,针对动力设备不同阶段可以采用的不同维修方式,从动力设备使用现状和集中维修管理模式入手,提出了多专业动力中心设备混合维修管理方法,对维修管理提出了强化措施,较好地适应了涉及多专业的动力中心设备生产管理和设备维修管理的需要。

Based on the characteristics of complex specialty, wide variety, strict operation specifications ,wide distribution and large influence scope of the equipment in power center, in view of the fact that different maintenance methods can be used for the power equipment at different stages and starting with the use status of the power equipment and centralized maintenance management mode, the management method of combined equipment maintenance in multi-specialty center is put forward, with methods for intensifying maintenance management presented, which is better suited to the needs of equipment production management as well as equipment maintenance management in power center covering many specialties.
