摘要
针对国内城市目前的应急救援情况,利用计算机技术对各类安全信息进行采集和综合利用,为城市应急救援工作提供技术支持和信息服务。根据城市应急救援工作的特点和要求,对系统体系结构、功能模块和应急流程进行了分析和论述。系统实现了对应急机构、应急物资、应急基础信息和应急辅助决策的自动化监控和管理。系统的应用将提高城市的安全管理和应急救援水平。
In view of the current emergency rescue situation in Chinese cities, various kinds of safety-related information is collected and comprehensively utilized to provide technical support and information service for urban emergence rescue work. In the light of characteristics and requ!rements of urban emergence rescue work, the architecture, function modules and emergency process of the system are analyzed and stated, realizing automatic monitoring and management of emergency organizations,emergency materials., basic emergency information and emergency aided decision. The application of the system will improve the level of urban safety management and emergency rescue.
