土壤营养因子对杨树黄叶病影响的研究

摘要 通过对修武、辉县、济源、临颖、长葛杨树黄叶病害重发区林地土壤化验分析,研究了土壤营养因子中的铁、锰、铜、锌以及磷含量对杨树黄叶病害的影响。结果表明:黄叶病病害发生林地土壤有效铁含量为12.26±1.60mg/kg,无黄叶病病害发生的健康林地土壤有效铁含量为34.83±4.55mg/kg,有效铁含量的差异达到显著水平(p=0.0361),土壤有效态铁含量相对低易发生杨树黄叶病病害;而土壤中有效磷、有效铜、锌含量过高时,也易发生杨树黄叶病病害。 The forest land areas of soils from Xiuwu, Huixian, Jiyuan, Linying and Changge where the yellow-leaf diseases of poplar outbreak in last year were collected. And, we studied on the effect of soil nutrient factors (i.e. Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn, P and so on) to yellow-leaf disease of poplar. The results indicated the content of available Fe was obviously lower in the soil form yellow-leaf diseases of poplar outbreak areas than in normal soil (p=0.0361), which was respectively 12.26±1.60 mg/kg and 34.83±4.55 mg/kg. It should be considered that yellow-leaf disease of poplar would be severe occurrence if the content of available Fe was relative low in soil. But, it would be also severe occurrence in some soil where the content of available P, Cu and Zn were relative high even if the content of available Fe were high enough.
