摘要
内源激素对植物生长发育具有重要的调控作用,但含量极低,内源激素的测定技术对研究其在植物生命活动的调节作用具有非常重要的意义。对植物内源激素的生物测定法、理化测定法和免疫测定法的研究进展进行了综述,并展望植物内源激素测定技术研究的发展方向。生物测定法是内源激素早期测定的主要方法,但专一性较差,灵敏度低,现在主要用于新型植物生长调节剂的筛选。气相色谱法和高效液相色谱法是目前内源激素精确测定的主流方法,能够将不同内源激素有效分离,灵敏度高。酶联免疫吸附法具有测定快速、灵敏度高、设备要求低等优点,成为目前广泛应用的内源激素快速测定技术。
Endogenous hormones play an important role in regulation on plant growth and development, but their contents are very low. The endogenous hormones determination technology is very important tool to study their regulatory activity in the plant life. Plant endogenous hormones determination methods, including biological assay, physical and chemical assay and immunoassay were reviewed and new research areas of their detection methods were prospected in this paper. Biological assay is the primary means in the early time with poor specificity, low sensitivity, and now mainly used for new plant growth regulator screening. Gas Chromatography and High Performance Liquid Chromatography detection methods are currently the mainstream methods of precise determination, which can effectively separate different hormones and whose sensitivity is high. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay with high sensitivity and low equipment requirements become widely used at present as fast detection method.
